Mesut Güler is the Founder and CEO of Enexus and a driving force behind the company’s growth into a leading full EPC platform in Romania. With over a decade of experience in solar energy and infrastructure projects, he has built Enexus around a clear investor-oriented philosophy, focused on execution certainty, speed, and full ownership of delivery.
Under his leadership, Enexus has expanded rapidly in Romania, delivering and developing photovoltaic projects through an integrated model that covers development, permitting, EPC, and project delivery.
Mesut also serves as President of BESCA – the Black Sea Energy Cooperation Association, an initiative created to support collaboration, investment, and knowledge exchange in Romania’s renewable energy sector.
Mesut’s work is driven by a long-term vision: positioning Romania as a strategic destination for sustainable energy investments and supporting projects that deliver lasting economic and environmental value.
